1. Participate in the design and prototype review of new products (manufacturability of parts and components);
2. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of product S0P/standard working hours;
3. Undertake the trial production of new products, the design, production and verification of tooling, and follow up and cooperate with the completion of the trial production summary report;
4. Collect bad information of products (mainly from poor manufacturing process, customer complaints, etc.), formulate improvement plans and measures, and be responsible for the verification of improvement and follow-up data changes in place;
5. Analyze and deal with defective products on site and propose improvement plans;
6. Optimize and improve various process problems, and provide operation skills training and guidance to operators;

9. Parameter debugging of various machinery and equipment, formulation of manufacturing specifications;
